Working closely with utilities, EPC contractors and cable manufacturers, we contribute to the reliable transmission of electrical energy.

To strengthen our installation team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated

Site Manager, 100%

Location: Switzerland / Travel: 30 %

Your responsibilities:
  • Prepare the site for the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground cable systems, including low and high-voltage electrical cables and accessories
  • Plan, organize, and allocate work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Provide hands-on training, guidance, and support to team members
  • Inspect and assess job sites to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with other teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for jointing projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during jointing operations
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance
Your profile:
  • Technical degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in cable construction, preferably in high-voltage systems
  • Proven experience as a Jointer / Site Manager in the electrical industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of jointing techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Solid knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Leadership skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Good English, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
  • Driving car licence
