To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• A demonstrated history of successful recruitment billing, ideally CHF 250,000+ annually.
• Strong business development skills, including winning new clients and generating recruitment opportunities.
• Experience developing, managing and expanding client accounts.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach to building a profitable recruitment desk.
• Fluent English, with German highly advantageous and French considered an additional benefit.
• The drive to achieve exceptional results and potentially progress into a leadership position as the office expands.
