THE JOB

We are looking for a Global E-Commerce Coordinator to join our global Digital Business team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, as maternity leave cover.

In this position, you will report to our Global E-Commerce Manager and be responsible for supporting the execution of corporate e-commerce projects and ensuring smooth coordination between various teams. You will help drive the company's digital growth by supporting project execution, enhancing our digital presence across wholesale partners, and ensuring that e-commerce operations run seamlessly.

Key responsibilities and missions include, but are not limited to:

Corporate E-commerce Operations & Project coordination:

  • Coordinate and execute the e-commerce tasks into Magento, ensuring that updates are completed on time and accurately. Stock management in collaboration with Logistics.
  • Support and assist with the optimization of end goals on the website: Check and Reserve updates, Mall Clicks updates. Be the point of contact of international markets requests.
  • Help improve and optimize the customer experience on the corporate website.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce Project Leader on the local e-merchandising strategy, e-commerce projects, roadmap and growth opportunities.

Marketplace & 3^rd party retailers' coordination:

  • Develop and manage marketplaces & digital marketing activities in collaboration with the local teams and agencies. Provide analysis and reporting on marketplace performance.
  • Ensure smooth operation of third-party marketplaces, ensuring product listings are consistent and optimized => maintaining brand standards across all partner platforms.
  • Monitor competitor and online sales trends to ensure e-store offer and experience is in line with customer expectations and brand guidelines.

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Manage Hamilton's Affiliate Marketing Program. Ensure alignment with brand goals and optimize campaigns performance through strategic collaborations and regular communication with the Key account managers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, track and analyze affiliate marketing campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust to maximize ROI and conversion rate. Coordinate order returned with local markets.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Academic degree in marketing, sales, digital or business administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years of successful proven international e-commerce experience and management of on-line retail business
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and take immediate action to resolve them.
  • Digital native and passionate about e-commerce
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Good knowledge of marketplaces and e-commerce technical environment
  • At ease with numbers
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Team player with good human relationship skills
  • Mother tongue French or German with good knowledge of the other language
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital environment, in particular Magento is a plus.
  • Knowledge about third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Rakuten, Naver...) is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
