For our client, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Procurement Specialist to support the development, communication, and implementation of global procurement strategies. In this role, you will work closely with category teams and senior business stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier performance, and ensure compliance across procurement activities.
Reporting directly to the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement, you will play a key role in managing procurement activities related to Professional Services and other indirect spend categories within an international environment.

- Support the development and execution of global procurement strategies.
- Drive sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories, including Consulting, Financial Services, and Legal Services.
- Lead and manage end-to-end eRfX processes for indirect service categories.
- Collaborate closely with category teams and business stakeholders to implement procurement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to Supply Base Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and value creation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Conduct market analyses and supplier evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
- Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement activities.
- Several years of experience in Indirect Procurement within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing Professional Services, including consulting, financial, and legal services.
- Proven experience managing strategic sourcing events and eRfX processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with senior management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
