Front Arena Developer & Platform Specialist

As one of the premier suppliers for our client, Swisslinx is recruiting an experienced Front Arena Developer and Platform Specialist for a leading Swiss wealth management firm.

• Develop and enhance Front Arena, its interfaces and supporting tools; capture requirements, plan, implement and test changes in a SAFe agile environment.
• Maintain and configure the platform landscape, with a focus on performance, stability and reliable operations.
• Support trading, middle office and risk users directly, including complex issues that require investigation and prioritisation.
• Explore practical improvements to the platform and work collaboratively across business and technology teams.

You will develop and support its Front Arena installation, interfaces and tools, working close to trading, middle office and risk users. The role combines hands on development with platform performance, stability and responsive user support.

• At least eight years of Front Arena development experience with Python, AEL and ACM; ADFL is an advantage.
• Deep hands on experience maintaining and configuring Front Arena landscapes and tuning ADS, APS, AMBA, XMBA, TAB, APH, TAPS and MS SQL environments.
• Knowledge of structured products issuance, trading and lifecycle processes, and experience working directly with traders on a trading floor.
• A background in science, technology or engineering, strong analytical ability and calm prioritisation under pressure.
• Excellent service mindset and clear written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on call/according to shift pattern

• Two home office days per week.
• Initial 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.
