Shape the future of software development at mobilezone

At mobilezone, we develop software using a cutting edge agentic development approach. Our developers do not work alone; they lead specialized teams of AI agents that contribute throughout the process - from analysis and development to testing and documentation.

As an Agentic Software Engineer, you will lead this virtual development team and ensure that ideas become production-ready software in the shortest possible time. You will develop business-critical solutions for our commerce, MVNO, and service platforms and actively shape the future of our engineering culture.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve modern platforms for commerce, MVNO, and digital services
• Deliver features across the entire customer journey
• Lead and orchestrate your agentic workforce
• Create new and advanced agents
• Work in an agile team-planning, implementation, and review in sprints, with transparency in Jira and GitHub
• Use state-of-the-art AI and engineering platforms to accelerate the entire software lifecycle
• Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the solutions you develop, including through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD
• Develop robust integrations with payment, logistics, ERP, and partner systems
• Actively shape and advance our agentic engineering practices

Your profile

• At least five years of professional software development experience
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and modern API architectures
• Demonstrable hands-on experience developing with AI agents and AI-powered development platforms
• Experience with agile software development, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Confident use of standard workflows and tools such as Jira, GitHub (pull requests, branching, Actions), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with databases, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures
• A strong focus on quality, with experience in testing and software engineering best practices
• Very good German and or English skills
