Responsibilities

MS Dynamics (Finance & HR) – Administration & Development:

Administer, configure, and customize the Finance and HR modules within Dynamics 365
Gather business process requirements from internal stakeholders; produce functional and technical concepts
Continuously optimize existing solutions in collaboration with business units and external providers
Own integrations with adjacent systems

AI / Automation & Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to drive process improvements, including predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent reporting
Develop AI-driven solutions: design and implement AI-powered enhancements to existing systems and workflows, focusing on efficiency gains, automated report generation, anomaly detection, and forecasting
Intelligent automation: collaborate on the development, integration, and deployment of intelligent automation tools and modules—both internal and vendor-supplied—to unlock data insights and streamline processes
Continuously look for ways to simplify, automate, and improve business processes through emerging technologies and innovations

Power BI Reporting & Data Analysis (Transition Tool):

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance, HR, and other business areas, serving as a bridge toward a fully AI-driven reporting infrastructure
Perform data modeling, DAX scripting, and optimize data sources for performance to ensure reliable reporting in the short term
Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and usability of reports, while work is underway on implementing AI-based solutions

Project Management & External Vendor Coordination:

Setup and own end-to-end AI-driven reporting projects planning, requirements management, execution, quality assurance
Manage and coordinate external implementation partners
Own Dynamics and Power BI projects end to end: planning, requirements management, execution, quality assurance
Accountable for on-time delivery, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication
Drive change and risk management across active projects

Advisory, Stakeholder Support & 2nd/3rd-Level Support:

Advise and support internal stakeholders on Dynamics and Power BI questions
Run internal training sessions for power users and end users
Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues in Finance/HR contexts
Document incidents and drive continuous improvement of support processes
Maintain ongoing documentation of project progress and outcomes

Cloud Backup Support:

Support the Cloud team with general cloud-related administration, configuration, and operational tasks
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and end-user issues
Support the continuous improvement, reliability, and security of cloud and local IT services

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & HR and Power BI, including demonstrated project leadership (planning, requirements management, change control, risk assessment, schedule and budget ownership)
Solid expertise in configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365
Practical experience identifying and implementing opportunities for AI/ML, intelligent automation, and process improvement
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application to business processes, reporting, analytics, and automation
Experience developing, integrating, or implementing AI-driven solutions, automation tools, or data-driven workflows
Ability to assess and leverage both internally developed and vendor-provided AI and automation solutions
Proven Power BI skills: report development, data modelling, DAX, performance optimization
Experience independently handling 2nd/3rd-level support and complex troubleshooting
Experience with cloud technologies and general IT operations
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration (IT focus), or equivalent qualification
Excellent written and spoken German; fluent English
