 Global Product Manager – Intraoperative Imaging & Visualization (m/f/d) 80–100%

Shape the future of minimally invasive surgery in veterinary medicine – globally. As Global Product Manager, you own the strategy, commercial performance and lifecycle of our visualization portfolio for endoscopy, arthroscopy and laparoscopy, working closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Education, Quality and Supply Chain. Location: Zurich (HQ), Paris, Ireland or UK.

Your mission

• Define the segment strategy, multi-year portfolio roadmap and global positioning – from general practitioners to specialist surgeons
• Own segment revenue, margin and budget, including forecasting and pricing strategy
• Lead the full product lifecycle – from business case and development to global launch, upgrades and end-of-life
• Act as the product voice in quality and regulatory decisions, in partnership with Quality
• Equip sales teams and channel partners with sales tools, training and hands-on MIS labs
• Build a global network of KOLs and specialist surgeons and turn their insights into growth opportunities
• Report to the Executive Leadership Team and represent Movora at industry events and trade shows

Your skills and professional experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or life sciences
• 5+ years in product management, marketing or commercial roles in medical technology, ideally in surgical visualization or minimally invasive surgery
• Familiarity with endoscopy, arthroscopy and/or laparoscopy (human or veterinary)
• Experience owning revenue and margin targets and launching products globally
• Fluent in English and a confident presenter; German and other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%) and to attend surgical procedures and labs

Nice to have

• Clinical background
• Experience in the veterinary or animal health industry
• Background in surgical video, image processing or connected devices, and AI literacy to automate recurring tasks
