HR Coordinator (80–100%) – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Logol is an international Swiss technology company operating in a dynamic and growing environment. As our business continues to develop we are looking for an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our growth from both a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations perspective.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys recruiting, working closely with hiring managers and candidates, and at the same time being involved in the broader employee lifecycle.
The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes rather than simply working within already established structures.
A major focus of the position will be Talent Acquisition, particularly for IT, consulting, sales and other specialised profiles.
You will manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from understanding the hiring need through to onboarding, while also supporting day-to-day HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, from job briefing and job posting to sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
- Conduct candidate interviews independently in German and English.
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify suitable candidates, including passive talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, challenge profiles where appropriate and advise on recruitment decisions.
- Coordinate external recruitment agencies and other recruiting partners.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, confirmations and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions.
- Assist with work permits, relocation and other employment-related administrative processes where required.
- Support payroll preparation and coordination by ensuring that relevant HR data and changes are correctly captured and communicated.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of HR policies, processes and tools.
- Support additional HR and administrative activities when needed.
- Occasionally travel between Logol’s current and future office locations to support HR activities, onboarding, employee meetings and company initiatives.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and/or HR Coordination.
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, ideally including IT or other specialised professional profiles.
- Proven ability to source candidates proactively and engage passive talent.
- Experience conducting structured candidate interviews and assessing both skills and motivation.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working directly with hiring managers.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
- Knowledge of Swiss HR practices and employment law; experience with work permits and international employees is an advantage.
- Experience with ATS/HR systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.
- Professional German, ideally C1 or equivalent – essential. You must be comfortable conducting complete recruitment interviews and communicating professionally with candidates and stakeholders in German.
- Very good English – essential, as English is our company language.
- Additional languages, particularly Italian or French, are an advantage.
- Swiss HR qualification such as HR Assistant / HRSE or comparable further education is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between Logol locations in Switzerland and, where required, other current or future offices.
You are comfortable working in an environment that is still evolving. You do not need every process to already be defined and are happy to take ownership, improve existing ways of working and build new ones where necessary.
You enjoy recruitment and candidate interaction, but you are equally willing to handle the operational side of HR. You are proactive, reliable and able to manage several priorities at the same time without losing attention to detail.
Most importantly, you enjoy working with people, communicate clearly and professionally, and understand that a strong HR function combines service, structure, judgement and a hands-on attitude.
- A varied HR role with significant ownership and direct impact on the growth of the company.
- Exposure to an international and technology-driven environment.
- The opportunity to shape and further develop HR and recruiting processes.
- Close collaboration with management and hiring managers.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- A workplace in Steinhausen, Canton Zug, with an international team and English as the common company language.
