tone. is one of Switzerland's leading boutique fitness brands. Our signature workout is a high-intensity, low-impact, immersive full-body class on a Pilates-inspired reformer - designed to build strength and flexibility through slow, controlled movement. Alongside our partner studio NOW, we currently operate 5 studios in Zürich and are expanding to 10–50 studios across Europe in the coming years. Our mission is to help people create the strongest version of themselves and improve their fitness, health, and overall life. Our workouts don't just transform bodies - they transform lifestyles.
We are looking for a Studio & Community Manager who is ready to continue to build and lead the community.
What you will do
You are the heart of one of our 5 tone. studios in Zurich. You create an exceptional experience for every client, continue to build with us a connected local community, and lead a team of coaches to deliver our brand and product at the highest level. You combine commercial ownership and day-to-day operations with a genuine passion for people, movement, and community.
What you bring
- Experience in business administration, hospitality, fitness, retail, wellness, sales, or another client-facing environment
- A natural people leader — you bring energy, structure, and accountability to a team
- Commercially minded and comfortable with sales/marketing, owning targets and performance
- Organized, with the ability to balance people, operations, and business priorities
- Clear, confident communication — in person and in writing, always brand-aligned
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and client data
- Available for a flexible schedule, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A strong educational or professional background, with pride in doing things well
No coaching experience required — you're excited to coach yourself and develop the team, but we'll train you.

What you get
- Base salary of CHF 55-65k plus commission and performance bonus
